What is Mesotherapy?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Mesotherapy is not a product name but rather a term given to a method of application. Mesotherapy can be described as the injection of a small amount of product into the skin using a fine needle. Although most commonly applied to the face, it can be used on various parts of the body for different reasons. It is used alone or in conjunction with various minimally invasive cosmetic procedures for skin rejuvenation, acne and scar treatment, hair loss treatment, reduction of stretch marks appearance, and cellulite treatment. It can also be used to reduce fat tissue in areas such as the chin, inner arms and legs, and abdomen. Mesotherapy products can vary widely and generally consist of substances such as vitamins, minerals, free hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, and proteins.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is important for the patient to be evaluated by a dermatologist first to determine the suitability of mesotherapy, inquire about other medical conditions, and medications they may be taking.                       The most common types of hair loss in society are telogen effluvium and androgenetic alopecia. In addition to medical treatment, minimally invasive dermatological procedures such as mesotherapy and PRP can be applied. The decision for application should definitely be made by a dermatologist after examination. Mesotherapy may not be effective in your type of hair loss, and in fact, in types of irreversible hair loss called scarring alopecia, hair loss can increase much more due to delayed diagnosis. Mesotherapy prevents hair loss by providing the necessary vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in the scalp of people experiencing hair loss. The method accelerates cell metabolism, eliminates infections, and significantly increases blood circulation in the scalp. In the mesotherapy method, vitamin, mineral, antioxidants, and various other substances are injected into the scalp using very fine needles, about 2-3 mm below the scalp.
